Having a Crabby Day? This Crab Sandwich Will Put a Smile On Your Face

You can find a variety of imitation crab products, most using Alaska pollock (from the North Pacific) as the main ingredient. There are pros and cons of eating imitation crab, so make sure it fits your dietary needs. Of course, if you have real crab meat, fresh or canned, it will be great in this recipe too.
