Take Five Italian Minutes (Cinque Minuti) For Five Favorites

The tides of summer are waning as fall peaks thru. Students are back in school and football has resumed. What does all this mean for me? Well, first appreciate the beauty of fall, with the changing color of leaves and cooler weather; and second, enjoy a good book and a bowl of pasta. That being said, here are September’s five favorites:
