God knows I cook enough with less than healthy ingredients, so a little balance from time to time is good, and saving calories is a bonus. 100 Best Movies on Netflix. Netflix is the best excuse for adopting a couch potato attitude. With some restraint (ruling out series binge watching) it can be a good source of entertainment. Also some very interesting recipes such as  Apple-Fennel Pizza, Lavender-Cured Confit Duck, and Golden Beet Salad with Vanilla Mandarin Dressing and Smoked Trout. Foot Rub FitnessGo Fit Stay Fit shares a video about foot rub fitness. I certainly don’t need an excuse to engage in a good foot rub. The video has some great points. We all need healthy, happy feet.
